ingredients for 4 servings
2 Heads of broccoli (each approx. 500 g)
1 onion
225g boiled ham
1EL Olive oil
60 ml chicken broth
salt
pepper
75g grated parmesan cheese

Step 1:
Clean, drain and clean the broccoli. Cut the florets from the stems. Peel and separate thick stalks. Peel the onion, dice finely and then dice the ham.
Step 2:
Heat the oil in a pan, sauté the onion and ham for about 3 minutes, turning constantly. Add the broccoli and broth, mix and then simmer for 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3:
Arrange the finished dish on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan.
