Many people consider losing weight to be a major hurdle, but it is not. In 2015 I lost 12kg within 25 months and without starving. My recipe for success was called low-carb. You can really eat anything, just leave out the carbohydrates, it wasn't a problem for me. If you are a carbohydrate lover and like to eat potatoes, rice or pasta, you should only make sure that you do not eat them every day and never in the evening. You also need to get enough vitamins, preferably in the form of fruit and vegetables. Of course, fruit and vegetables also contain plenty of carbohydrates – especially fruit.
