In this category I would like to share my experiences regarding fitness tips, weight loss tips and Nutrition Tips share with you.
These points all fit together very well. I don't just want to refer to racing bikes, but rather to the entire process of getting fitter and losing weight. Our body is a fantastic bio-machine and works as such, you just have to figure out how your machine works and what it will or won't respond to. For my part, I think that I've gotten to know my body very well and that's why I'm sharing my experiences with you and I hope to be able to support you a little.
